Courthouse

Located at the home ranch on Highway 5A

Built in 1913, and identical to the courthouse in the City of Merritt, the Nicola Courthouse was for many years the ranch manager's house. It has now been re-decorated in period style, and is an imaginative venue for  retreats, seminars, or simply a relaxing atmosphere in which to spend time at the ranch.

The Courthouse has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen with a breakfast niche overlooking the Red Barn. The formal dining room and living room with a fireplace, screened porch and BBQ patio complete the picture.
